NeedsToBeTreated ICU: Intertitial Pnumonia in 4 years old needs to be treated in Hospital often in IntensiveCare Unit as often there is need for Mechanical Ventilation.Therapy with Corticosteroid is attempted although it's usefulness is not known It is a serious condition at any age I hope He is in hospital under care of Pediatric PulmonoogIst

Depends: This label could be used for a minor viral pneumonia that needs nothing more than time/rest/nutrition. It could also be used on more significant pneumonias triggered by other more worrisome germs and need hospital care. Without more history, vital signs and an exam, it is hard to say what this needs.
