Air in urine: Pneumaturia is air passage in the urine. This is common after catheterization or cystoscopy. This can also be caused by severe bladder infections or possibly a connection between the bladder and intestine.

Air in bladder: when cystoscopy was performed is common that small amount of air is pushed to the retreat into the bladder by the scope. Ultimately this airs expelled through the urethra with the urine.
