Fasting: Less than 100, non- fasting it is very variable. There is a very good test that you can buy at a pharmacy, it is called hba1-c now which will tell you wether your average blood sugar is greater than normal.

Normal glucose range: Fasting: 65-99 mg/dl, 2-hours following a meal: < 140 mg/dl.
