Less dangerous than: No herb or medication is totally safe. While there are some dangers associated with marijuana, it is much safer than alcohol, tobacco & other recreational drugs. Medical uses include pain, anxiety, insomnia & muscle spasms. I consider it to be safer than the pharmaceuticals that might be used instead. But it can have side effects & is not for everyone. Depends: A large number of people in this country have used cannibas. Some get chained to their bong which is a dark place. Most have survived and many adult users do it recreationally. It depends on age, genes and how the environment impacts those genes. Churchill was accused of being a drunk in parliament -his words: "it has given more than it has taken away." if taking away, stop use; it's not crack.
