Complicated: Smoking marijuana has many effects on mood and motivation, not to mention harm of inhaled smoke. Better question is why do you do it and what is so valuable to you that you are doing it.

Yes: Marijuana may be contaminated with any number of other drugs that could stimulate seizure activity.
