"Exactly"?: I can't say "exactly, " because marijuana is not an "exact" substance. Supplies may contain other things that increase "how dangerous" it is -- and you never know what you're going to get. Plus, marijuana itself is a mind-altering substance that impairs thinking, judgment, reaction time, and memory. It's a hallucinogen that can induce psychosis, especially in more vulnerable people. Why risk it?

Occ use?: Look around-there are millions of occasional users. No one is dropping dead as a result. Don't drive, be in a good environment but you should know. It's a risk/ benefit analysis. It appears that the people are calling for decreased regulation and it isn't like this deregulation is demonstrating an increase in problems; at least not yet, but we shall see. You've smoked, you know the deal.
