Lots: Beyond bankroll value :-) -- pistachios have a lot of fiber, protein, phytosterols (that may help heart disease), healthy monounsaturated fats, and more antioxidants than pomegranate juice, garlic, and blueberries. They also have more lutein -- an antioxidant that can shield eye health -- in them than any other nut. Good supply of b6 -- anti-stress. In moderation, sounds like a nice snack.
