Sweating: Sweating a a normal physiological process. As you workout you generate heat which must be dissipated - this is done by sweating as this cools the body. Also blood vessels dilate allowing more blood to get to the skin so that heat can be dissipated - this process helps cool the body and keep temperature within range.
