Possibly neither: It is normal to sweat when exercising. Sweating does not mean that you are out of shape nor does it mean that your gym teacher is too hard. Additionally, each individual has a unique sweat rate. Meaning some of us sweat more than others. If you sweat more during gym than you do during other exercise, it means you are working harder there. If you don't otherwise exercise, then you are out of shape.
