In summer you know u face jockey itch its really frustrating but in winter you wear warm clothes and can sweat and get jocky itch how to avoid it?

Jock itch: Keep the area ,groin, clean and dry, wash your underwear separately, you can use OTC cream as clotrimazole 1%, twice a day, for 2-4 weeks. If still no improvement, see a dermatologist, good luck

Depends on the cause: if it's caused by fungus you need a topical cream or powder to fight it
