Depends : Tylenol (acetaminophen) is felt to be safe with most blood thinners. As long as liver is ok. Really depends on which " thinner" you are referring to.

Arthritis & thinners: Coumadin is a blood thinner. Taking anti inflammatory medications for arthritis is risky since most cause some bleeding. Tylenol (acetaminophen) may be used with caution to the liver; Mobic and Celebrex can also be used with caution due to stomach bleeding.
