I have a painful grape sized lump on the lips of my vagina. what could this be and should i be concerned?

There are glands in that area that can become infected by bacteria. Moist may draw it out to drain but these can need antibiotic treatment or open surgical drainage if they get large and painful. Discuss this with your doc.

Possibly a Bartholin's cyst . See your GYN physician for diagnosis and treatment.
