No: The growth of the skull will reflect the amount of content it has to cover.It grows to 95% of its adult size by age 9, reflecting the gradual increase in brain mass. There is no evidence that creating a bigger skull through surgery would result in brain growth.It would just increase the amount of empty space inside.
