One: Hypoglycemia is based on blood sugar below 80 and associated with symptoms (dizziness, agitation, shakiness, sweating, irritability, passing out, or death). Male tends to get syptom sooner than female. The key is alway the symptoms, you could have bs of 69 feel okay. You could have bs of 89 (normal) and have mild symptoms.
