Be Kind To Yourself: Blood glucose levels are influenced by when and what we eat. Eating once a day is unhealthy and can lead to problems with one's blood glucose level. Symptoms of "hypoglycemic attacks" may include anxiety, shakiness, and confusion. I assume Ativan and advil (ibuprofen) pm are being used to treat these symptoms. Eat healthy meals at appropriate times and these symptoms may disappear. Be kind to yourself.
