Maybe: Most d/c is being/physiologic. The most concerning is a unilateral (1 duct from 1breast), spontaneous, bloody d/c. Even this is usually related to an underlying benign introduction papilloma but usually indicates intervention. If concerned or d/c persists, seek further attention including consultation with a breast surgeon.
