Get some sleep: As simple as that sounds, that is what you need to do. I would strongly recommend you speak with your family doctor or a psychiatrist about your difficulty with sleeping if you have tried developing healthy sleep habits (e.g., no caffeine, dark restful enviro., relax tech) those have been ineffective. Most communities now have sleep labs available if your doctor can't find an effective treatment.

Fix your sleep : There are many problems that can manifest as insomnia. Uncomfortable/inappropriate sleeping environment, hormonal & other metabolic problems (like low blood sugar or low progesterone), hypothyroid can cause insomnia & poor concentration. If you have insomnia, the logical solution is to uncover the underlying reasons for your insomnia & attempt to fix them. If u r sleep deprived -get more sleep.
