Concussion: Have someone to take you to an urgent care to see if you bruised your brain. May need an MRI of the head.

How hard ?: Were you knocked out ? Any pre or post event memory loss ? You can develop headaches of variable intensity after up to a week from even minor head trauma. If your trauma was minor I would not worry about going to sleep or running off to the ER. If you were knocked out or had memory loss you need to be seen.
