Yes: Bottle-fed babies in general have more fussing, but even some breast-fed babies have colic, too, so there's no guarantee.

Yes: Colic is more common with formula than with breast milk. If you feed breast milk via the bottle, this is less of a problem, but babies do tend to get more gas (swallowed air) from bottles than from breast.

Yes: More likely for sure, but this behavior may still occur in breast fed babies. Many studies have demonstrated that babies may be fussy depending upon what mom eats or drinks.
