Not really: I'd need to know more about what is happening to be able to provide a complete response. But, if you're feeling sad after shopping you're thinking about something that is making you sad. A few questions: Does shopping fill you with excitement? Are you a shopaholic? In some people it can become an addiction. Release of dopamine in the brain can cause one to feel good. However, if you have overspent, the good feeling can be followed with guilt and dysphoria. If you have addictive shopping behaviors consider counseling.
