Infection? Flu?: Earaches always make me suspicious for ear infections (otitis media or otitis externa). The tiredness could be from a flu, which can lead to some ear infections. Best to have your doctor look in your ear, as well as check out your other symptoms, to determine exactly what is causing your symptoms.
