Checkup: With so many varied symptoms that may not be attributed to one disorder, I recommend consulting a specialist in internal medicine who will take a thorough history and system review, perform a physical examination and order appropriate tests in order to make a differential diagnosis. Anemia,iron definitely,thyroid disorder,irritable bowel syndrome come to mind. TIA not an issue.
