Cause of inflammatio: Ra is an auto immune disease. The body actually attacks itself. It is typically degenerative . "degenerative"arthritis ( assuming it is osteoarthritis), is typically a result of either a single accute trauma to a joint or a long chronic wear and tear on a joint.
