Too strong: Hydrocortisone is the only steroid to use on hemorrhoids. Stronger ones can lead to atrophy and incontinence!

Steroid : That is a topical steroid and it is ok to use but i would use one of the preparations specifically for hemorrhoids that contain steroids. One of those is proctocort.
