Neither: First you need to see a reproductive endocrinologist to get answers. They can often initiate a reasonable treatment that may be combined with local dermatology or "spa" treatments and make those more effective.

Excess hair: Neither. Your better bet would be an endocrinologist who can measure androgens ie male hormones. They may be able to treat you for this with medication. You could always do local therapy ie waxing and laser.
