No: The redness you get from computer use is in no way related to ultra-violet light exposure. It is most likely related to dryness. When we use a computer, read or do anything that requires visual attention, we blink less often. This results in a drying of the eye. Dryness results in inflammation and redness. See your eye doctor for the best methods to treat the dryness.
