Yes: Very often healthy people will have small irregularities in their rhythm. It is not normal to have significant symptoms from this or for the irregular beats to continue beyond a few seconds - if this is happening then this person should be evaluated by a physician for blood work, have an ekg and may require a holter monitor (looks at rhythm over time).
