Can i make green tea lotion with green tea and regular lotion?

Yes.: If you take a lotion and add green tea to it, you could call it green tea lotion. Good luck though, since tea is made with water and won't mix with lotion. It might be easier to obtain a green tea extract and mix it with the lotion, or buy green tea lotion.
