Can a person continue to drive a vehcle after they have had detached retina surgery?

Yes: Most states only require vision in one eye of 20/40 or better to maintain an unrestricted drivers license, so even during the healing phase or if the vision is reduced after a retina procedure a person may drive. Once a retinal detachment has healed there are no activity restrictions.
