Dont Worry: If you can't sleep, the last thing to do is worry about it. Dont lay in bed tossing, truning getting frustrated. Instead, leave your bedroom and engage in a relaxing activity. This could be reading or meditating. A light snack may be helpful as well as progressive muscle relaxation. You may find that the muscle stretches calming.
