None, headache: Most benign brain tumors like meningioma are asymptomatic and might be discovered as an incidental finding on imaging done for another reason (like a head ct after a fall). Sometimes there are symptoms based on location and what structures the tumor is pressing on and rarely these get so large that they start to cause generalized symptoms like headaches.
