Will the symptoms of a brain tumor come and go?

No: Brain tumors are growths in the substance of the brain. The added pressure of the mass or the compression of important structures is what leads to symptoms. Symptoms will sometimes be worse in the morning and better as the day goes on but aside from this variation, they should not come and go.
