Not likely.: These apparently are progressive in nature with seizures, and a focal neurological deficit or disorder , like headaches or gait disturbance. Sometimes they can be asymptomatic because they're in the middle of the brain, until they get so big that they ultimately cause symptoms.

Yes: It can cause transient worsening depending on the pressure of the brain, which is usually higher early morning. It can also present with seizure, which might not be a typical convustion attack, but mimicking mini-stroke. Please seek medical attention, if you have any concerns.
