Seizure: Convulsion, loss of consciousness, might bite tongue, arms/head/legs moving in rhythmic way, losing control over bowel/bladder functions.

Convulsion: A grand mal seizure consists of loss of postural tone, generalized stiffness or shaking of the body and loss of consciousness. Should be obvious if it occurs
