Many possibilities: Several things come to mind: pregnancy, gallbladder problem, ulcers, stomach virus, food poisoning. See your doc for evaluation & treatment, or if the problem persists, go to er, especially if you've been unable to keep anything down. Could result in dehydration & electrolyte imbalance (low potassium).

Gastritis: Abdominal pain could be related to multiple issues. However, this presentation is most likely related to gastritis. An ulcer or gallstones with food poisoning are other possibilities. If the condition persists, an upper endoscopy is needed to come up with the correct diagnosis.
