Exam needed: This is a prolonged period of time to having ongoing abdominal distress, and now that you've vomited I feel you should be examined tonight by a physician to rule out things like appendicitis or other serious abdominal or pelvic disorders. Lactose intolerance would not explain abdominal distress for several days.
