Gastritis: Stomach pain can be related to multiple issues. Gastritis is very common cause. In addition an ulcer can cause that as well. Biliary colic or passing a gallbladder stone is another possibility. A blood test is needed as well as a gastroscopy to make the diagnosis with physical exam by a physician.

Gastritis: Abdominal pain could be related to multiple issues. However, this presentation is most likely related to gastritis. An ulcer or gallstones with food poisoning are other possibilities. If the condition persists, an upper endoscopy is needed to come up with the correct diagnosis.
