It won't matter: As far as i know, food does not affect your white blood cell count. I'm puzzled as to why you need to increase your count.

This is serious: Low absolute lymphocyte and/or low absolute neutrophil counts are both dangerous. I'm going to assume that these are not just the slightly low values that often get picked up due to fluctuations, but are seriously far from the reference range. Diet isn't the key. Low neutrophils from medication can kill you. Low lymphocytes need a workup. Work with your physician on this.
