Misinformation: There's a book about the best weight loss procedures for different blood groups -- it is totally made-up as a money-maker and you should just ignore it. Vegetarians have the moral high ground but their weight loss is due mostly to the food not tasting so good and being lower in calories so there's less overeating. You'll do bet to find some fitness activity you really enjoy & eat sensibly.
