It depends: I'm not sure why your ovary was removed? Common causes of pelvic pain are infection (like pid), ovarian cysts, or endometriosis. See your doctor asap.

See your doctor: Recovery is usually complete by 2 months and you would be expected to be pain-free. If not, you should be evaluated for possible post op complications, such as infection, bowel injuries, or adhesions. If you were having the same pain pre-op, then consider persistent endometriosis, adenomyosis, or pelvic adhesions.
