Stop drinking: Cirrhosis happens due to death of liver cells. They cannot be revived. However, liver is a big organ and if you stop drinking you can prevent further deterioration of your liver.

Aggressively.: I agree with dr. Srivastava. Cirrhosis is a serious medical illness. You will need to work closely with your physician. If you continue to drink it will: 1. Kill your or 2. Possibly drive you mad. The third option is sobriety. If you are not already involved in alcoholics anonymous - encourage it strongly.
