Support, Encourage: If your friend is struggling with signficant problems related to perception of his/her body image, then the best thing you can do is to encourage him/her to seek out help for this difficulty. This may be hard if he/she does not think there is a problem. You need ot look for ways and opportunities to encourage your friend to focus on his/her health and the need for help.
