How can i address a growth of diplococcus disease that doctor thinks can't be cured ?

Makes no sense: Your question needs to be reframed. Diplococci are two bacteria of the same kind which are close to each other. The pneumococcus and the gonococcus are examples of diplococci, but both are treatable and curable and I do not know of any diplococcal infection which is not.
