Do cetirizine or benedryl hayfever tabets effect tegretol epilepsy tablets?

Yes: Both antihistamines show an adverse reaction of psychomotor depression (drowsy, fatigue, lethargy, etc..) when combined with carbamazepine. This is only a possibility, but it would be best to avoid mixing any of these medications. Fexofenadine does not have this interaction.
