See dermatologist: There may be a variety of causes at first need to be evaluated prior to recommending a blanket statement. Hormonal or food sensitivities may require medication. Otherwise good skin hygiene with possible use of antibiotics or anti-inflammatory agents as well as topical retinoids may be beneficial.
