Pilonidal cyst: This might be a pilonidal cyst and I would have it looked at as it can lead to a pilonidal abscess and need surgery if it gets to that point. Very common in the low back near the buttocks.

Staph abscess: If the bump gets pussy with occasion discharge it is an abscess, most likely from staph. It is critical that you get it drained properly with a culture from the pus fir MRSA, which require more consultant monitoring and treatment to avoid painful and serious complications. Get better:)
