Common: Most babies will have pimply rashes on their faces. They are abundant some days and less on others. It is mostly the contact of their skin to cloth (your clothes or linens)and spit up. Keep the face clean and dry. Some babies will get an exaggerated rash..Acne like and this will respond to mild Hydrocortisone 1/2% cream but not to be used without your pediatricians consent.

Follow up: I would advise a visit with you M.D., but the timing fits with hormonal changes which lead to infant acne. If so, this rash clears usually with time.
