Difficult to answer: Sometimes loss of temper can arise from an individual's obsessive/compulsive nature. For this there are medications but cognitive behavior therapy seems to be more appropriate. I would not think you would want to take anxiety drugs since you mention ocassional loss of temper. Talk to your physician.
