A member asked:

Anyone want to explain water weight fluctuation? why would someone's body hold water?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your doctor: First, see your doctor to make sure there is no significant underlying disease. If there isn't any, he/she may give you a gentle diuretic to help manage the extra water. The body holds onto water based on messages given by the kidneys.
