Cure? No. : Unless you are morbidly obese, and lose a lot of weight, you can't cure sa. You can manage it though. CPAP works very well, but can be hard to get used to. Keep trying, try different masks, and tallk to your md. If you just can't tolerate it, have a dentist who is trained in sa to make an oral appliance to improve your airflow. Another option is surgery.
